• $500 per year or $50 per month
• Requires completed application, photo ID, and business license



• This website provides paid subscription access to land records (deeds) on file in the Office of Clerk of Circuit Court. Case information* is available via public access computer terminals in the Clerk's Office (Alexandria Courthouse, 520 King St., 3rd Floor), Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. except state and federal holidays.
